HLS Trick Riding was founded in 2015 by Hollie Shiels. Her passion, dedication and knowledge has shown through ever since, teaching riders from beginner through to advanced the skills of trick riding and also general horse riding skills. HLS Trick Riding is based primarily in Tamborine, Queensland, Australia but they do travel for Clinics, Pony club camps, Live performances and demos.
Also available for horse help retraining, float loading, kids ponies, horse purchasing and show horse prep clinics and services such as plaiting up, trimming etc

Our performance team is made up of dedicated trick riders and their just as talented and well trained horses from 6 years of age and over.
Fast horses, colourful costumes, loud music, theres something in it for everyone to enjoy.
Available for Live Shows, Demos and Corporate Events our show can be customised to suit your event.

All about Hollie Shiels
Hollie started riding at the ripe age of 3 years old. She has been trick riding since the age of 15 and has over 25 years show horse and breeds experience. Hollie spends most her time coaching, training and performing in both trick riding, show horse disciplines & pony club from beginner mounts and riders all the way to advanced.
Hollie was given her first horse at the age of 6 and spent most her time helping her mother manage an agistment and trail riding property. Hollie competed in her first horse show at the age of 5 and soon after started pony club where she also competed in show jumping, eventing and interschool competitions.
Hollie was an original member of all girl trick riding troupe GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS and performed at big shows are Australia's east coast including Sydney Royal Easter Show which was soon followed by Brisbane Royal Show (EKKA) and Equitana Melbourne.
In 2005 Hollie moved to the Gold Coast where she joined a world famous dinner experience horse show. Hollie became a supervisor, trick riding trainer, lead role performer, animal trainer (camels, chickens, sheep, cattle and horses), cast co-ordinator and worked as their OHS supervisor and procedure manager.
Hollie also spends her time out on the show circuit with her show horses where she is competing at state, national and royal level successfully. Hollie is available for lessons in many disciplines and you can view her service menu below.
